Hello and welcome,

As the Founder & CEO, one of my most important tasks is to make sure everyone (“Our Most Valuable Asset”) has what they need to be successful at ZE CAT. I am a mechanically inclined, visionary analytical thinker, a facts-finder individual with exceptional organization and management skills, who thrives off solid facts to execute. This is why I seek the very best talent available, which is you. I view each of you as having the knowledge and abilities to erect the foundation that we need to accomplish our milestones and goals ahead of us. I know your “Worth” and “Value,” which aligns with my ability to nurture long-term relationships for success in every aspect of life. I view employees as being the first line of “Defense” and “Offense of any company’s success.

My late Friend and Mentor John Norman Ingram of 42 years, who was a Grocery Store Change Owner, Securities, and Wealthy Real Estate Investor, upon my immediate release from prison, over-lunch, gave me some sound advice. He said, “Coley, I know your abilities and capabilities, find something you want to do, and stick with it, no matter what the duration or obstacles may be. Because your determination and passion will bring you success, it’s in you.” Here I am, 14 years later. Thank you, old friend, for gifting me with the second most valuable thing in life (knowledge).

I truly care about people (cofounders, team members, and all employees alike (“No matter what walk of life they come from or positions they may serve in the company. Their success and happiness will always be the driving force behind my leadership and our success”). This includes both their personal and professional goals in life. I will always strive to achieve the goals and desires of our employees who are the true leaders of the company.

The “Opportunity” is truly yours and ours. I only hope that I am allowed the opportunity to communicate and show the passion I have for the “Venture,” the skills I possess for the job, how I treat and support the company’s Most Valuable Assets, and how we as a team, will achieve great success beyond that of anyone before us… Why us? Why not us? I believe that this team can achieve its objectives when allowed to lead and execute within the parameters we set. We as a team will be able to work together without sacrificing creativity, which is not in the cards. Working together with me, consider yourself, self-employed with a “Jenie” that leads all efforts to “Fix” and “Support” your needs. Creativity to the fruition of leaders who accomplish their goals and dreams along the way is my goal for this venture and its journey.
